This Whisky showcases the Nonesuch commitment to producing whisky with unique and memorable characteristics.

The selection of grains has been inspired by American distillers and the grains used in their Bourbons.  But, the final ratio of those grains along with the cask selection, has resulted in this full-bodied, rich, easy drinking Australian style .

Corn brings sweetness, Rye carries some spice, the malted Barley brings them together in delightful complexity.

Two small American Oak ex-bourbon casks (ND82 & ND85) were chosen for the maturation of this whisky.   The notes introduced from the casks compliment the grain notes and the whisky is testament to our small cask maturation.
