Introducing our exquisite creation, a small-batch, very limited whisky from the heart of our family-owned craft distillery. At Nonesuch, we take pride in being pioneers, and this particular release showcases our pioneering spirit like no other. We are the first and only distillery in Tasmania to craft whisky using a unique blend of corn, rye, and barley, resulting in a truly exceptional and distinctive flavour profile.

Crafted with utmost care and precision, this particular expression has been matured to perfection in just two small New French oak barrels. This intentional choice allows for an unparalleled level of attention to detail, as we prioritize quality over quantity. Each barrel is closely monitored, ensuring that every drop of liquid within develops its own distinct character and nuances over time.

To preserve the true essence of this exceptional whisky, we have chosen to bottle it at cask strength. This means that the spirit you hold in your hands is as close to its original, undiluted form as possible. By eschewing the traditional practice of adding water, we allow you to experience the full intensity and complexity that only cask strength whisky can offer.
