Single Cask - ND73 - 50% abv

Our small cask maturation is renowned for producing extraordinary Whiskies and this one is no exception.

Matured in a small 20 litre cask that was recoopered for us locally from a larger barrel that had previously held Pinot Noir wine.

The cask has delivered incredible depth to the character already present in our double distilled spirit.

This amazing pronounced flavour and aroma and has allowed us to bottle this release at a higher than usual ABV without the alcohol diminishing those notes.  A drop of water will only enhance the flavours.

• Presented in a badged, drawstring, black cloth gift bag.
• Double distilled in our bespoke copper pot still
• Non chill filtered
• Each bottle individually hand labeled and numbered
