Red wine matured - Pinot Noir Cask Finished (DOUBLE CASK) ND24 45.5% ABV
After being matured initially in a small 20L red wine cask sourced from the South Australian wine region this whisky was then moved to be finished in a second small cask once used specifically for Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
The combination of big bold S.A red and the fruity, vibrant Tasmanian Pinot have left a incredible mark on the finished whisky.
With a very limited 38 bottles making up this release it's definitely one to get your hands on.
