Single Malt Whisky ND98 Double Wood

DOUBLE WOOD

This Single Malt has been matured in small oak casks that we had specially crafted by a local Tasmanian cooperage. 
The casks are made up of staves from both ex Port and ex Sherry barrels in a ratio designed to bring through the optimum characteristics of these styles.
Bottled at an overproof* alcohol by volume there are only 56 bottles in this release.

*OVERPROOF is a definition given to a spirit bottled at a strength over 50% abv (100 proof).  Not every whisky can shine at such a high alcohol content but the amazing mouthfeel and texture of this whisky made it a perfect expression to bottle at that strength.  

To give all our fantastic customers a chance to access this very limited bottling we will be doing a staggered release on this product..
The first allocation of 26 bottles will become available Noon (aedt) on Friday 17th Nov.
The second lot with all remaining bottles will be added at 8:00am (aedt) Saturday 18th Nov.
