A result of the innovation that the Nonesuch team pride themselves on. Our Hemp Gin is made in the Dutch or Belgium style.
This process involves the production of a malt spirit from a grain bill using Rye, Corn and Barley that is double distilled in our copper pot still. A second spirit is infused with selected botanicals and redistilled. The meticulous combination of each element results in a gin that can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in your favourite cocktail.
The Gin is nutty, earthy and buttery with a finish that lingers enjoyably on the palate.
Sloe Gin is a triumph of ingenuity and is produced in very small batches from sloes foraged from hedgerows and trees brought to Tasmania by early colonial settlers.
Our premium Dry Gin is infused with the sloes for up to twelve months resulting in a spirit that is a bright ruby colour, with a clean and dry finish. It has complex spices yet is light and delicate and, at 27% abv, surprisingly smooth.
This is a unique product that can only be produced in small amounts each year due to the limited availability of quality sloes.

This is an intriguing and complex drink that will reward you with its freshness, slight astringency, full body and lingering mellow malt finish.
Unique to Nonesuch Distillery, it is produced by infusing a malt spirit, made using the barley and pristine water for which Tasmanian malt whisky is renowned world-wide. To this impeccable New Make spirit we add Tasmanian Sloes that are grown on Blackthorn trees, many of which are over 200 years old, having been planted into the fertile Tasmanian soil by early settlers.
Due to the scarcity of quality sloes needed to make this product coupled with the small batches of spirit we can produce we only ever have a limited number of bottles in each batch.
Each bottle is individually identified with the Batch and Bottle number.
