Nonesuch kicked off our journey in 2015 as a Tasmanian gin distillery, and since then, we've pushed the envelope to craft not only exceptional gin but also beloved Tasmanian whiskies and vodka.

As a small-batch Tasmanian distillery, we’re hands-on (okay, maybe a little obsessed) with every step of the process, making sure every drop is as good as it can be. This careful focus on creating the perfect bottle is what resulted in a cult-favourite Dry Gin that turns heads and wins hearts everywhere it goes.

Where is your distillery?

Our distillery is based just outside of Hobart on a farm with amazing  views across farmland and towards Kunyanyi / Mount Wellington.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand direct from our Hobart distillery. Any orders of $185 or more get free shipping.

What I wanted  is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

As a craft distillery, we keep things small and special—our spirits are made in tiny batches. They will be bought back into stock as quickly as we can but you may need to wait. We recommend joining our mailing list so you're told as soon as something comes back into stock.
