Visiting
What are you open hours?
Currently we do not offer any open hours for visits. please contact us for to check if we are available.
Where are you?
Nonesuch distillery is situated in Tasmania's south east 20 mins from Hobart Airport.
Are children allowed in the distillery?
Yes, children are welcome to accompany their parents when visiting the distillery.
Ordering
Can I change my order?
Yes! provided your order has not yet been packaged for sending we are happy to adjust your order. Simply get in touch via any of our contact methods.
Can I give Authority To Leave?
No! Legislation on the shipping of Alcohol does not allow us to give leave authority. All parcels are sent with signature on delivery as per the regulations.
Can you add a card to my order?
Yes! At the checkout page you will see a section titled "order notes" simply let us know in there that you would like a card and what you would like it to say.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a purchase?
If you have have received a incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged or not as described you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please contact us urgently if this has occurred.
We are unable to offer returns on opened bottles unless there is a fault with the product that was not apparent prior to opening.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged please contact us urgently.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately due to regulations on alcohol shipping imposed by other countries we are only able to post to NZ and within Australia.
