At Nonesuch, our Single Malt Whisky is pure Tasmania, distilled just outside Hobart in Pandora, our trusty copper pot still. It’s crafted with care, character, and a whole lot of passion for the craft.

As a craft distillery, we keep things small and special—our Tasmanian whiskies are made in tiny batches, sometimes as few as 50 bottles per release! If a new release catches your eye, we recommend grabbing it while you can—some sell out faster than you can say, “Cheers!”
