Crafted to capture the warming joy of a Tasmanian summer, 2025's Summer Release is a one-off Whisky release for 2025 that whispers of Sun, Nature and excitement. This is a whisky that reflects the warmth, heat and joy of a Tasmanian Summer.

Produced by carefully selecting and combining a combination of casks of various ages and barrel types.
Only 40 bottles exist. Each one a reminder of beautiful Tasmanian Summers. 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Buttered popcorn, Golden Syrup & Fresh baked Jam Drop Biscuits. 

• Palate: Starts sweet and full with notes of caramel sauce & hard lollies lingering with spicey toasted coconut.

WINTER RELEASE.

Crafted to capture the wild soul of a Tasmanian winter, 2025's Winter Release is a one-off single malt release for 2025 that speaks of storms, solitude, and spirit. 

Matured in a careful combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks, it brings together bold oak character with layers of dark fruit and subtle spice. This is a rich, warming dram – robust, expressive, and distinctly Nonesuch.

Only 145 bottles exist. Each one a reminder that from the harshest conditions, something beautiful can emerge.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Roasted stone fruits, vanilla oak, winter spice

• Palate: Full-bodied with notes of charred wood, red berries, dark chocolate

• Finish: Long and warming, with lingering hints of wine tannin and toasted oak
