30ml Nonesuch Sloe Gin

75ml Tonic
Fill a highball glass with ice. By fill we mean right to the brim, not just one or two little ice cubes. Pour in the sloe gin and top it up with tonic. Stir briefly to combine the two and garnish with orange, lemon, lime strawberry or anything else that you prefer.
You can also substitute the Tonic with Bitter Lemon for an equally easy to make, refreshing summer drink.
