Nonesuch Oaked Gin is a bold, limited-edition spirit born from a passion project years in the making.  We took our iconic Dry Gin—the Gin that first made Nonesuch a name to remember—and rested it in oak casks that previously held our own Nonesuch Whisky.

The result is a remarkable fusion: bright, citrus- forward botanicals softened by the mellow, warming influence of whisky impregnated oak. Expect classic juniper clarity, lifted by notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a long, spice-laced finish.

Bottled at Navy Strength (57% ABV), this gin delivers big flavour and a rich, lasting impression—perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or in a bold twist on your favourite cocktail.

Each bottle is hand-filled, individually numbered, and part of a one-off run of just 123 bottles. Once they’re gone, they won’t be repeated.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Juniper, lemon zest, subtle oak

Palate: Bright citrus and pine, evolving into soft vanilla and toasted spice

Finish: Long, warming, with echoes of mellow whisky and dry oak
