Crafted from a combination of corn, wheat and barley, our Wheated Whisky explores a softer, richer side of Tasmanian whisky.

Matured in small American oak casks, this whisky brings together the natural sweetness of corn, the smooth and rounded character of wheat, and the depth of barley.

The result is a beautifully balanced whisky with a rich amber colour, gentle oak influence and plenty of character.

Produced in small batches, carefully matured and bottled only when we're completely happy with the result.
