Our Wheated Cask Strength Whisky takes everything we love about our original Wheated Whisky and turns up the intensity.

Crafted from a combination of corn, wheat and barley, this small-batch Tasmanian whisky has been matured in American oak casks, developing a rich, full-bodied character with plenty of depth.

Bottled at an impressive 65% ABV, this release is presented at cask strength, allowing you to experience the whisky with all the intensity, richness and character of the spirit straight from the barrel.

The wheat brings a softer, rounded character, while the corn contributes natural sweetness and the barley provides depth and structure. American oak ties everything together with its familiar notes of vanilla, caramel and warming spice.

Enjoy it neat, or add a few drops of water to explore how the whisky opens up in the glass.
