Nonesuch Sloe Gin is produced in very small batches from sloes foraged from hedgerows and trees brought to Tasmania by early colonial settlers.
To make this rare Tasmanian expression of what is usually considered an English classic, premium Nonesuch Dry Gin is infused with the sloes for up to twelve months. This long infusion results in a spirit that is a bright ruby colour, with a clean and dry finish. It has complex spices yet is light and delicate and, at 27% abv, surprisingly smooth. Try it neat, over ice or create one of the enticing cocktails from our recipe list here.
This distinctive product can only be produced in small amounts each year due to the limited availability of quality sloes.

"Very refreshing on a hot humid Queensland day. It is enjoyable straight, on ice or with a mixer of choice. Thoroughly recommend this product to anyone. (Wendy Stevens, Townsville, Qld)
Our favourite autumn forage in the UK was for sloes to make sloe gin in time for Christmas each year. Such a treat. So disappointed not to be able to have our favourite Christmas drink in Melbourne.....till we came across Nonesuch Sloe Gin. We tried a bottle and love it - Perfect chilled, straight up with ice.
