Double Oak Maturation – Twice the Barrel, Twice the Depth

Double Oak gets its name from the unique dual-barrel aging process that gives it unparalleled depth and complexity. First, we aged this whisky in two small, 20-litre barrels previously seasoned with rich red wine, infusing the spirit with decadent flavours of cherry, dark chocolate, and dates. Then, we took this luscious blend and transferred it to a larger barrel, one with history — a seasoned cask that once held our celebrated Triple Grain whisky. This second maturation adds layers of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of burnt butter, creating a symphony of flavours that’s truly one-of-a-kind.
