After aging almost 4 years inside a barrel last used to produce some amazing Tasmanian Pinot Noir this whisky has taken on some rich complex flavours and some amazing depth. 

Our pot distilled single malt whisky matured fully within a single cask previously used to age a Tasmanian Pinot Noir.

We have chosen to bottle this release at cask strength meaning no water has been added at any point after the whisky left the barrel, This means you get to experience the full taste and nuance of the Whisky straight from the barrel. 

Expect very intense dark fruit notes on this one with a big oak influence, tastes of caramel and chocolate leap forward with the addition of a small amount of water to the glass.
